Probate sale handled by Lee Russell during summer 2024 into Feb 2025. He was recommended by friends who had recently sold through him. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Clear, well evidenced valuation and we sold at asking price. Once underway all comms via WhatsApp which was easy and hassle free. Not a straightforward sale, with a couple of odd wannabe buyers that might have wasted our time a lot more than they did had Lee not recognised the signs and advised us accordingly. He worked his socks off and managed the chain like a Rottweiler to a timely completion date. Can recommend him without hesitation and at 61 I’ve moved a few times and had both good and very average service in the past. Best agent by far. Make your life easy and also use Alexa McQueen solicitors in Henley for your conveyancing. Together they were a top double act.

What a great service - his local knowledge is second to none and his communication is top drawer. On top of that he's a nice bloke. At every step of the way I felt that Lee was in control of a potentially tricky sale, and he kept me updated at all times. He's been in the business a long time, so his experience and advice was also invaluable. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Lee has been exceptionally knowledgeable of the local market, has had fantastic advice for me the whole way through the process and has been a great and fast communicator - he has replied to messages outside what would be deemed working hours. He has been very honest and pragmatic with me and extremely professional throughout. Lee has had to deal with a lot of challenges caused by an uncaring tenant and mismanagement by a letting agent and he has done so with humour and grace. GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough about Lee. The sale of our property went beautifully, Lee found us the most wonderful and patient buyers and this would turn out to be more important that we could fathom. Our chain became long and complicated above us, without the constant chasing and investigation by Lee I doubt we'd have ever exchanged. He saw warning signs very early on and was able to prepare us. 6 months later and more emails and Lee finally got us over the line after what must have been hundreds of emails and calls to solicitors and agents alike. If you're looking for an agent who values the sake as much as you do, look no further!

GoogleLee Russell at Davis Tate managed our house purchase over summer 2021. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. He knows the area inside and out, is on friendly terms with many of the conveyancers and other estate agents (and I imagine half the Woodley residents). He thinks of every detail and has a solution for pretty much every issue. And somehow he seems to find time to be both incredibly responsive and, just as importantly, proactive. In summary, we were in excellent hands and he would be my first choice in future.
