I’m a landlord who has let a flat in SW11 through Portico and its predecessors for nearly 25 years. Medleen, who heads the Lettings side of the Battersea office, is a long-standing branch manager and a pleasure to deal with, ensuring I have almost no void periods between tenancies. Her colleague Ieva who handles property maintenance is fantastic too. She is excellent at keeping both landlord and tenant abreast of works and takes everything in her stride from fixing a bannister to sourcing and fitting new windows for the entire property. Bravo Battersea branch!

Recently moved into a beautiful new build, and I was supported by James Wackett. I was handed leaflets at the viewing, and questions were answered sufficiently. This agent had a lot of patience during our onboarding and application process, grateful to have recieved such a prompt agent. I also received the sweetest move in box with lots of goodies and helpful connections to get me started on furnishing my new home.

Mr Samuel Johnson is one of the Estate agents that I have dealt with and he really exceeded and showed his passion and commitment to understanding my needs. GoogleAfter 2 years of looking, we finally found the house most suitable for us and in one of our preferred roads. Chelsea and Jay were very friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with them. In fact, each time we visited the office on Woodford High Road, the all the staff made us feel most welcome. The move went smoothly, and we are now happily settled in our new home.

GoogleAsked for a valuation to start house selling process. Agent didn't turn up..but phoned me 20 mins after appointment time to say his branch did not deal with my area. He promised someone from correct branch would come within 2 hrs. I waited in but no one came. Got a phone call 3 hrs later, told them not to bother..what a waste of my time ! !

We’ve worked with Sean and the team for a number of years now and they truly are amazing. He made a very stressful time of managing my fathers property whilst he was abroad a lot easier for me. The tenants they sourced were great and the whole process went well and they’re not greedy with their costs like the others! I highly recommend the team at Portico Walthamstow!

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. Fililberto and the team at Woodford office are the least helpful group of people I have met. They don’t respond for weeks, can’t bebothered to collect rent on time, they do not deserve the service charges the receive. Stay well away

GoogleWe recently onboarded a new tenant - a process which can often be time consuming and complicated. However, in our case it was extremely smooth and this was due in large part to the great service provided by Portico. In particular, a big thank you to our lettings manager Chris Athanasiou and property manager Annaliese Hutchinson for the help, diligence and responsiveness throughout. Much appreciated!!
