GoogleHad the most stressful year of purchasing our first property... which didn't end up going through. Was led on, left with no communication, told to stop emailing for updates on the property etc (even though it had been a year with no progress to move forwards) - I would not recommend! Rude!

Hi Lauren I am sorry you were not able to complete on your first home. Once a sale has been agreed the progression of the sale is very much dependant upon both sides solicitors and as such the solicitor to who you had employed should have been able to advise you on any issues as they arose. The role of an Estate Agent at this point is just to assist with the monitoring of the sale.
