GoogleElisa from Bairstow Eves has helped me to find new tenants for my 2 bedroom property in Woodford Green. She has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I have dealt with Estate Agents in the past, but I must admit my experience has never been as pleasant as it has been with Elisa.

GoogleJenny, Helen, Vicky and the rest of team are excellent to work with. They are very professional and will guide you through each step of the way, but equally very friendly, unflappable and know exactly the emotions that their Clients are going through at each stage of the journey and what to say and do at the right time. Communication and feedback is brilliant, cant fault them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your 5* review! I will make sure your kind words are forwarded to our local team. Best wishes, Scott

GoogleI had two properties to sell. I was tempted to use an online platform but went with Bairstow as I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of Jenny, Helen and Victoria from the Woodford office. The service I received from their initial visit to organising open days and negotiating/achieving the sales was first class and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
Thank you for the great 5 star review and recommendation. As always, we are glad to hear excellent feedback about the service we provide to our customers. I will pass your comments on to everyone involved at Bairstow Eves in the Woodford Green branch. Kind Regards, Sarah

GoogleI recently rent a property through Bairstow Eves. I dealt with Elisa which is very hard working and approachable throughout the process and I never had any problem reaching her. She is very pleasant and efficient, one of the best agent I have ever seen. I'd highly recommend.

GoogleJenny, Helen and Callum have been incredibly patient. We negotiated three mortgages to get our new home. I was totally clueless about the amount of paperwork involved, so everyone has not only been considerate, but also offered advice, from the best deal to cups of tea. I’m so pleased to have finally exchanged and completed. Thanks to them, I now own my home!
Hi Marsha, it is great to read that the team had all hands on deck to support you through purchase process. Best of luck in settling into your new home. Kind Regards, Sarah
