GoogleI put my house on sale with Bairstow Eves, unknown to the process. The team clearly explained everything and we started the viewings. Due to several reasons, many views and a couple of buyers later, we finally got to the end. All the team, through the whole time were increadibly supportive and kept me motivated. They are a team who keep your spirits high and will get you to the end no matter what. They are not the stereotypical Estate Agent, they are much more. They will work with you, counsel you at times and encourage you to keep going. GoogleThe ladies team at Bairstow Eves really helped my mother and were exceptional in listening and taking time to find a good purchase which fit what she needed. I would go to these lovely ladies again Vicky, Helen, Gemma, Jenny, Jenny, and other members as they are so so efficient. Really impressed with how they work. GoogleHad an amazing experience thanks to the team (Helen, Jenny & Victoria particularly) , Hit some troubles along the way from Mortgage lenders(not related to Bairstow Eaves)and they kept us calm and were so attentive to all that was happening. Really worth their money. GoogleMy partner and I had an emotionally and physically stressful experience and would not recommend that this Bairstow Eves especially this branch. They are unprofessional and exhibited the highest form of disorganisation. They (on multiple occasions) incorrectly spelt our name, home address and email address on the contract after a number of iterations even after we had informed them of the errors. They delayed our move twice, (bear in mind we had handed our notice to our previous landlord) which meant we would be homeless! The move was delayed because the staff at Bairstow Eves had not thoroughly checked if the property was habitable. The property was not safe to move in to and this we found out on the day we took off of work (as contractors so a loss in our finances) to sign the paperwork to move the following day. With a lot of pushing we were able to successfully move in 8 days after the original date we had given, however we encountered another issue. In our first visit to the property the agent had informed us that an outside space was available, but when we moved in the key to this outside space was missing. We enquired about the key and then were told by the negotiator that the space was actually not included!!

GoogleI really could not recommend Bairstow Eves Woodford branch enough, we rented a property with them over a month ago. We had lots of complications due to our own matters and honestly Karl and Georgia could not have bent over backwards enough for us to make it all happen! To me they are not your average estate agents who just try and sell or get the money in asap they actually really care and it means so much! They are so highly recommended in our families books! GoogleMy sister and I have nothing but praise for the team at Woodford Green Bairstow Eves who sold our house. Jenny, Helen, Vicky and their colleagues were marvellous from beginning to end - and beyond, in fact, whenever we have had to make a follow-up call. They were always extremely pleasant, efficient and professional. They returned calls immediately and were charming and helpful (and sympathetic) when we turned up unannounced in the branch. They were also impressively pro-active in the latter stages of the sale when the solicitors of all the parties needed prodding to keep things moving. We had bought the house from them 11 years before and had been impressed with them then, so it was a no-brainer to ask them to sell the house when the time came. We were not disappointed. I would recommend them thoroughly with no hesitation whatsoever.
