They are efficient, diligent, proactive and highly experienced. After other agents had failed, they took over and got to grips with things to bring my sale to fruition. I felt totally at ease and certain that I was in the right hands as soon as they were on the case. They were unflappable, helping me gently and diplomatically over the bumps in the road during a sticky time in the market, ignoring my rants at times, calming me down and reassuring me and remaining positive throughout. I am glad I chose Bairstow Eves and would like to thank them for making the sometimes arduous journey a very pleasant experience and for ensuring that my downsizing went as smoothly as it did. I sold my house through Bairstow Eves in October 2017 and I have nothing but praise for the team at Bairstow Eves. I first thought about selling my house 4 years ago. Helen York came and completed a valuation and ran through the process. For various reasons, this was quite a difficult time and Helen was understanding and patient. There was no unnecessary pressure and at that time I decided not to sell. I went back and forth with this decision and probably contacted Helen annually. We would talk through options and reassess value. Helen was great. Finally after 4 years I decided to sell. Bairstow gave me the most competitive rate but also gave me the option to use their on line service which was explained clearly. Again there was no pressure about which package I should choose. From that point forward, everything happened quickly and everything was done to effect a sale quickly and with the best outcome for me. I did have a number of offers and part of their service included dealing with tricky buyers who weren’t always transparent in their intentions and I was given very regular updates about progress. All this was navigated for me which does take away a lot of the pressure. I have now been in my new house for 6 months and could not be happier. A big thank you to all the team who progressed this for me but most particularly to Helen who really was with me every step of the way! Highly recommended!!

Compelled to leave a review as I am so impressed by the Bairstow Eves team. I had a rental property that I needed to sell or find tenants for so I contacted Bairstow to explore both routes. I had marketed the property with another agency for a few weeks and had little interest and had to continually chase for feedback. The rental team at Bairstow were super keen for the opportunity. They quickly set up viewings, kept me updated and within days they had a couple of interested parties. I decided to go down the sales route instead and was equally impressed with the team. I used an online solicitor to deal wtih the sale and it was quite stressful only being able to communicate via email and waiting days for responses. The Bairstow team made a massive differece as they were friendly, emphathetic, made every effort to push things along and ALWAYS responded to my queries quickly.

Such a personal service, by the end we felt like we had built a friendship type relationship. Would have found it helpful if details of where to find electricity and water meter was in the flat information package. But that's minor. I'm not gonna knock a star off for that. Ace so far.
