They helped the process and communications go promptly and proactively between parties and helped for a more efficient sale particularly when the process seemed to drag on as these things do! While we didn't go with the in-house mortgage broker in the end, the chat we had on their recommendation was really insightful and useful. Due to various factors the completion process was pretty tricky at times, but Helen was incredible at ensuring the deal stayed alive and both parties remained on amicable terms. GoogleI purchased my house and letted my flat with Bairstow Eves and found the service very professional, friendly and welcoming. They kept me updated on every stage of the process. In particular, Paul was amazing! The best agent. He knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t. Paul is open, honest, has a fantastic banter and a witty sense of humour that puts you at ease.
