I was extremely impressed by the effort, determination, and tenaciousness exhibited by Abode Estate Agents; in particular Richard Henderson and Ciara without which my sale might not have taken place. They marketed my property extremely well, surpassing my expectation in terms of the number of viewings, and kept me regularly updated about the number of viewings and any potential interest in my property. Although the purchaser's solicitors were not the best, they still managed to guide both purchaser and their solicitor's to completion which was a heroic feet. Not generally a fan of estate agents, often feel they don't do enough to justify their fees. Abode however have made me stop and think as they've been essential in progressing the sale from offer to completion. Jack, Richard and Lee were truly invested in keeping the sale going and were as professional as any agent I've dealt with but their ability to establish a rapport on both sides stood them in good stead through the entire transaction. They say you end up doing business with people you like, well, the team at Abode are very likeable people.

I have used to Abode as my letting agents since 2019 for my property in Woodford. There are quite a few estate agents on the High Road but I went into abode as a friend said they had used to them and recommended them. I have had a positive experience with Abode, they have been quick to find tenants as my property has not really been empty since I put it on let and the tenants abode has found me have always been very good and I've had no problems with the flat in that regard. They are fast and efficient when communicating with you and never fail to respond to questions quickly. All management of the property has been pretty smooth and as a first time letter they've always been clear and good at explaining things in process I dont understand. So big thanks to Abode and Tracy who usually handles my property for making it a relatively stress free process thus far.
