Due to family disagreements this was a tremendously difficult and long winded matter, but throughout it all Richard Henderson at Abode kept me fully informed, advising me of each step of the process, answering all my questions and, even when things were at their most problematic, believing that we would get a successful sale.He worked tirelessly for over a year to achieve this goal and without him I am sure we would not have succeeded.For that I am forever grateful. If you want to get the best price for your house I think Abode did a very good job. Quick and efficient too. Unfortunately, our chain was pretty long (7 people) and subsequently very stressful. But Jack did an excellent job holding it all together and we have completed just 12 days after our original target If I can give any advice on the moving process it would be to use Abode but do not plan anything until you are ready to exchange.... and then add at least 2 weeks for completion to avoid heart attack, turning to drink, or whatever your solice may be!

Having spoken to several agents, I found that the information provided by Abode to be accurate, fair and honest and based on this decided to use them for the sale of my house. Fortunately the service remained consistent and I was kept up to date throughout the process. Selling a property can be a stressful process and I found that Abode, Jack Tuck in particular made the process as seamless as possible, keeping me regularly updated and providing sound advise which led to the successful sale of my property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Abode for any Sales or Lettings requirements - much better service received by what feels like a family run business as opposed to the larger chains.
