GoogleReally impressed with the service. The whole house moving process is already stressful enough with so much going on but Surj who looked after me and my partner throughout was brilliant. Always was available and able to provide any updates and was able to explain anything I was unsure of. Really helped a lot to keep the whole process moving as fast as possible.

GoogleThe agent agreed in writing to reduce their fee as they were unable to check out the newly-arrived foreign tenant. Once they had the money from this excellent tenant, the fee went back up and the agreement was revoked. I caused a fuss and got the refund but dealing with ANY business is a matter of trust and if they can so easily renege upon a deal, they are to be avoided. I am retired and relentless but others might just swallow and move on.

GoogleFantastic branch with great staff!! I was looking for another property to buy and had spoke to other estate agencies in the area. After speaking with Nadia she listened to what i was looking for and managed to show me all the properties they had and really listened to my needs. Nadia also advised me to see their branch’s mortgage advisor Richard who I was able to discuss remortgaging one of my current properties which would save me ALOT of momey and then we discussed sorting out a mortgage for a new purchase too. Its very hard to find an estate agency like this that tries to help and actually care and doesn’t just want to take your money! Although I still havent purchased a property yet she still calls me to tell me about new properties on the market that I would be interested in and is very helpful - a real asset to the team!!! Thanks guys ????

GoogleI messaged them through Rightmove the day one of their properties was listed, then again via their website the next day - never had a response. Left a phone message - again no response. I managed to get through on the phone the following day, just for the person on the other end to put the phone down on me. Finally got through to someone who knew how to answer a phone, only to be told that there were no more viewings. On top of that, I had my price range assumed based on "the house receiving offers much higher than the asking price". I'd give zero stars if I could.

GoogleAbsolutely scummers. Paid £200 in advance. Emailed all documents asked for. Took 15 days then said sorry. Just scum everyone for £200.

GoogleSold my house with Your Move 3 months ago. Bhav sold it at the price I needed and Surj chased up the solictors at every stage to help speed up the transaction. I was kept informed at all stages which was great. Wouldn’t hesitate in using these guys again!

GoogleIt's early days of dealing with this company but they seem efficient and friendly. I've had calls and communications out of hours which was really helpful as it's difficult to take calls at work. I was looked after by Umbrin, a lovely helpful member of staff.
