We have dealt with Surjit Ram during the purchase of our property. Surj professionalism was exemplary in handling our enquiries and concerns. Although we have had stressful time because of delays on behalf of the seller’s solicitors (nothing to do with Your Move), Surj was understanding and very helpful in giving directions and advice on how to proceed next as well as taking our enquiries forward. I would like to say how amazing Your Move Wolverhampton were at selling my property. I had previously bought the property through your move and 5 years later I sold the property with them. If I could put 0 stars I would. I flet from start to end dealing with yourmove wolverhampton was a sham. There were problems after problems and I was shelling out money and doing exactly what they asked of me as a tenant and potential buyer to do. On one phone call in I was even shouted at by a more senior member of the branch! When they cock-up they do not admit it, take blame or get held accountable. All I would say is if i liked the look of another property in the wolverhampton region and it's being advertised by them I would go elsewhere! What makes it more frustrating was we were first time buyers and could have done with a smoother more friendly approach.

I put the house up for auction, it went live after a week and sold 2 weeks later, higher than the asking price.
