GoogleWhitegates have helped me immensely when my tenant fell into arrears, the rent guarantee they offer is worth every penny and I havent been out of pocket (thankfully) . They continued to keep me informed all the way and found a new tenant for the property within a few days when the property was vacant. Great team, great work i would definitely recommend.

FacebookI’ve been running buy-to-let’s since 1993 and so have more experience than many people of buying and selling property. I’d put Whitegates right at the top of estate agents I’ve dealt with. Steven and Jane have been excellent in communicating with me and chasing up tardy solicitors. If I was buying or selling anywhere in this area again I wouldn’t consider any other agent. Well done !

GoogleJust rented from Whitegates ...what a wonderful experience tenants are treated by some est agents like second class citzens .....not with Whitegates...the process was smooth , quick and very professional. Special mention the Herdip...a truly wonderful professional member of the whitegates team, and a credit to the company.

GoogleIt was a pleasure getting the house through the agency. The move in and out was smooth and completely hassle free. The agents are just a call away, if you ever want to speak with them or get any repairs sorted. Shame i had to move due to moving countries, but i had a wonderful stay :)

GoogleHaving my brother losing he’s keys on his way from college to home and both me and my mother where at work, called Whitegates and one lovely lady called H. find a quick solution and contacted the landlord to get the keys, he went and open the door for him, I’m so hello with this company

GoogleBE AWARE! During my tenancy I did not have any issues and the people I dealt with were very polite and friendly. Once my 12 month tenancy was over and the time came for the return of my deposit I was falsely accused of stealing the curtains and destroying the carpets, which is completely untrue and complete rubbish!
