Due to the pandemic ( as with a lot of companies) you have to phone the number on the office door and leave a message. The difficult bit appears to be if you want to be called back..........after nearly a week that hasn't happened!!! No ,I won't be holding my breath .

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service . I rang up to enquire about arranging a viewing on a property that was being advertised, I was then rudely told I would not be able to view the property as there were some offers on the property but non accepted, having already viewed the exterior of the property i then asked would i be able to make an offer which i then got the reply of "but you haven't viewed the property". (this is what i was calling to try and arrange) I then sarcasticly got asked what my current situation was and was told i would get a phone call back i am still waiting it's been 2 weeks. This isn't the first time this has happened we tried to arrange a viewing on another property they had and i have had no response from that enquiry either.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality
