GoogleHonestly the most knowledgeable and helpful person throughout the whole moving process and he wasn’t even our estate agent!
Steve was amazing, he was our sellers agent but couldn’t have been more helpful from the off. He kept in constant contact with us to see how things were moving our end and advised us along the way, that was massive for us as our agents were useless and not any help at all.

GoogleIf you're buying or selling a house, you know it's going to be a stressful process. You need a 'wing man' at your side, to watch your back and guide you through to the other side.
If you intend to buy or sell in Codsall or the surrounding area, I would suggest that Steve should be that wing man. He has an unparalleled knowledge of the area, is infinitely more approachable than any other estate agent I've ever met before and is a really nice guy, to boot.
The role of an estate agent is absolutely vital, because he or she is the only person who is in direct contact with both the seller and the buyer. Managing that unique relationship and walking the fine line between the two parties is Steve's special skill. He is available to both sides virtually 24 / 7, via WhatsApp, allowing him to keep the deal on track.
It's probably still going to be a stressful experience, but I doubt whether you could put yourself in better hands than Steve's.
