GoogleAbsolute waste of time. Several properties not available in the market, the adverts are still active making us to call and waste our time. Absolutely frustrating 😡 …

Approximately 60% of our Wolverhampton properties are currently marked as "Sold Subject to Contract" (STC). Please note that properties under offer will only be marked as such once our clients have expressed their wish to do so . Based on your previous reviews, it appears that an agent in Derby provided you with a similar explanation two years ago. There's no need to call if you feel it's a waste of your time. Instead, you can register with us, and we will send available properties directly to your inbox. - 'Skitts Estate Agents'

GoogleMy mum sold her house through Skitts and received outstanding service from them. From a great valuation, a sensible forecast about time to sell and brilliant communication they were a pleasure to deal with. When my mum found a place to buy and found the selling agents unhelpful, Skitts even took over the negotiations and secured her new property for her. Very highly recommended

GoogleWe received excellent service from the team at Skitts when they recently sold our home. We'd tried other estate agents in the area but they didn't compare to the personable professionalism we had at Skitts. They answered all our questions quickly and patiently and were very knowledgeable about the state of the market both nationally and locally. Very highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
