GoogleThe team were very prompt in respect of visiting to provide the valuation.I do not live in the area and needed to deal with Skitts remotely and by phone and email.On that first meeting we agreed to proceed with Skitts in respect of selling the property. Communication has been excellent throughout to ensure the property received the right exposure to ensure a sale. GoogleSkits have been outstanding agents. They have marketed and sold 14 dwellings for Malvern Estates Plc over the last 2 years. Jayne Davies has looked after the sales in a most professional manner. Jane was always available to talk to and very much kept us in the loop with updates on the purchasers . GoogleI buy house through skitts from buy to get a keys they provided every single help excellent experience because i m first time buyer but they make easy for me i collect today keys but sorry skitts staford road I collect keys I forgot to bring some Chocolates but i own chocolates i will bring for them sure in few days thanks great experience

GoogleGoodluck thinking of phoning them, the receptionist thinks she can tell you the valuation of your house. DONT HAVE A CLUE! I dont SELL my house to cheap Skates like you! Or any agents because they are decreasing the value of your house Monkeys. And that was your manager needs training!!!. SELL your house privately
Dear S.N. You didn't speak to a receptionist, we don't employ any. You spoke to the manager of the office with over 30 years experience. Your property has previously been on the market, unsold for over 6 months with a different agent. You asked us for our opinion and you didn't like it. Our advice would be to ask other agents for their opinion, Hopefully you can find someone to give you a valuation more aligned with your expectations.
