Can I take this opportunity to thank Skitts team at the Wolverhampton branch Jane Davies, Lois Carter, and Ben Webb. Absolutely ousts ding service 10/10. I would never use any other estate agents. From the taking of yhe pictures through to completion, no task, no questions was to much. Personalised individualised service, second times they have represented me. They supported me physically abd emotionally, went above and beyond when my first sale fell through. I recommend them as first choice every time. Big thank you, and well done team. Best estate agent by far, give them a call.

We have had three years of trying to buy a house, and by the time Skitts came into our lives we were completely exhausted and devastated that things were not going the way we hoped due to circumstances out of our control. From viewing to completion both Lois and Jayne from the Three Tuns branch looked after us so incredibly well - especially in the run up to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we are so so grateful to them for supporting us every step of the way. We never considered Skitts due to the amount of bigger, mainstream agents out there but Skitts are worth their weight in gold.

Absolutely disgusted how me and my wife were treated by skitts and seller. Purchasing a house through skitts our sale fell through at last minute because our property is in a mine area like most of Black Country the buyer didn’t want to go through got a mortgage on it like we have but changed there mind got told by skitts have 2 weeks to sell your house and purchase still yours sold it in 3 days LIED they still put the house back on the market then after stringing us on telling us they still want to go ahead with us they then tell us after days of waiting that they have decided to go with someone who hasn’t even sold there property yet not taking into account us spending £1200 on valuation/searches and getting a mine report ourself to show has no effect and to get the new sale through faster I would be very careful of dealing with skitts as we believe they kept using the mine as an excuse to push the seller elsewhere hopefully don’t have to deal with them we picked our new buyer based on the speed to get the sale through to speed up the new purchase to be told gone else where the stress they have caused is totally unacceptable

We purchased a house from skitts after our house from another estate agent fell through after 6 months, the difference between skitts and the other estate agent we used were amazing, we had Jane from the day we viewed to the key collection and she was so professional, easy to get through to and answered any questions we had, gave us the reassurance that we needed after our house chain fell through, she rang the solicitors often and get everyone in the loop so from the day we made an offer to move in was only 10 weeks, thankyou skitts for being so friendly and helping us getting into our home fast

We were due to buy a house a while back we ask the seller and skitts if the house was of substandard construction as the bungalows down the road were substandard they both told us no it wasn't. As we had majority cash with a tiny mortgage so we didn't need a survey but we decided as first time buyers and over 100 grand of our money being on the line to do a full structural survey. The survey came back as substandard construction so we pulled out of the sale the next day a man called dan from skitts called us and was very rude and told us our surveyor didn't know what he was on about it wasn't substandard my husband told him well he knows more than you as that is his job he was so rude. He tolds us we had wasted the sellers time and money to which we said you've wasted our time and money by lying to us if you had told the truth when we had asked we would not of put in an offer he then said we'll you don't tell buyers everything do you to which we said yes you do as its miselling . Subsequently it was put back for sale and again without telling people it was substandard again it sold then fell through with a survey. In the end the house was sold by auction for being substandard construction. They lie and we would never buy or sell through skitts again.

Cannot thank the team at Skitts enough! We had a nightmare with our solicitors completing the sale, and if it wasn’t for the team, I don’t think we would have completed until days later. I highly recommend using this branch. Were fab from the beginning. Managed to get us a viewing the same day we enquired, which led to us putting an offer in the day after. Very quick moving which is what you want and need when buying your first home. 5 stars all round!!
