Absolutely useless as when asked my reason for the valuation I put "just interested" ...meaning I'm not selling but just interested to find out what the valuation was. Then I'm forced to select an estate agent to contact me for an accurate valuation...no thanks I'm not selling. Deceptive marketing if not an outright lie to get you to disclose your details is an understatement.

Just tried to enquire about a web banner on their website and was told I wouldn't be able to purchase any web banner because this is only for agents?! We are a property finance company so this is ridiculous. The advisor was in technical support, not in sales and wasn't prepared to double check. They won't stand a chance competing with zoopla and rightmove if that's their attitude

GoogleDo not trust these people tried to rip me off of £600
Pete we are not sure if you’ve got us confused with the last landlord you tried to rent from. When you visited us this week you told us that you wouldn’t pay the deposit required for the property you were interested in as the previous person you had tried to rent from had “robbed you of £600”. Unfortunately, as we do not rent out properties without the required holding deposits paid upfront, therefore we couldn’t help you on this occasion but we wish you the best for your future property searches.
