GoogleAs a landlord, I paid Millennium full management fees. It later transpired that the tenant had considerable debt including rent arrears at another property at the start of his tenancy with me and that financial checks had not been done. When the tenant left the apartment, it turned out that that an ongoing water leak had caused substantial damage. Millennium had been paid to conduct regular inspections which were not carried out so that they had not drawn attention to the leak and other additional damages.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
