From start to finish, selling our home with DB Roberts was brilliant.. Even when it became tricky at times with our buyer, the team at Wolverhampton went above and beyond to help and give the best advice and reassure us with our house move. Their all such a credit to your company, they really are. From our first meeting with Katie, that’s why we chose you. Her knowledge and professionalism really did put us at ease, and she answered all our questions thoroughly. She was always reachable even after the office closed and was so personable and knew her stuff. To the team arranging viewings, Sam and Josh, they were in regular contact and always kept us updated on feedback and nothing was ever too much trouble. The manager there Jay, she was brilliant. Not only did she keep me level headed when there were a few hurdles to get over with our sale but she was always on the other end of the phone and helped every time. Thanks to you all at Wolverhampton and if we ever sell again then we know who to choose!

I spoke to Nicole at DB Roberts early Saturday morning to report an urgent repair and within less than 2 hours a plumber had called me to say they were on their way to fix the repair. Happily going ahead with a sale of our property thinking we had a sale with DB Roberts, who had sold the property we had offered on to another purchaser and not bothered informing us. Lack of communication and empathy. Left high and dry and devastated. In response to the reply below, you were informed that I had reduced my property by 5k in order that we could get a new seller, which happened. You told me that the seller ‘would be happy to wait a couple of weeks’. At no time were we informed that you had gone ahead with another buyer or I’d have kept my asking price the same.
We're sorry to hear how disappointed you felt and we completely understand how upsetting the situation must have been. On our system we can see that we spoke with you on 18th March 2025, when you let us know that your sale had unfortunately fallen through and you were unable to proceed with your purchase. Following this update, the sellers of the property you had offered on made the decision to continue with another buyer who was in a position to proceed.
