GoogleWow! Have to say what a great service we've had selling our house with Concentric. Everything was just really easy and fast! Concentric took control of everything, the photos were great (and there were loads), the social media advertising was fab and the viewings were really good too. Can't complain at all. We sold within 3 weeks!! What a whirlwind. Can't fault the communication. Thank you so much, you made it quite an enjoyable experience.

GoogleI have been working with Harriet, over the past couple of days on a block of flats which they have for sale. I am really pleased with how she been helping us out and it also was good to see how good she treated the tenants in the property. GoogleDO NOT RENT FROM THEM....REPORT THEM Moved us into a property at Tettenhall Gate with a fridge that wasn't working, electric heaters that were not working and one that was dangerously hanging off the wall. The wardrobe is dangerous. The flat was filthy but their inventory stated that it was clean. In fact, there was very little in their inventory that reflected the actual condition of the flat. Luckily took lots of pictures and corrected their false inventory as this would be an issue when getting the deposit back. Concentric also refused to have the flat cleaned to a habitable standard. Had to report them to Wolverhampton Council after countless emails to get a working fridge and heating. Only after the council got involved did we get these basic things. The management 'team' (Tina and Trudi) are appalling. They are obstructive and don't uphold their side of the contract. You will end up dealing with multiple people at 2 different sites who don't talk to each other. They operate on a system of trying to wear you down so that you give up trying to get issues resolved. Concentric are clueless about their own contract regarding the notice period. They shamelessly breach their contractual obligations whilst bullying you into adhering to their demands, even when it's not in the contract. They pick and choose parts of the contract that suit them. Save yourself a lot stress and rent from a professional company. Anyone having issues with Concentric should take all courses of action open to them, including reporting them to The Council, Trading Standards, The Property Ombudsman and Property Mark.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOnly had one viewing time available for a property. No problem, I’ll just call them. Well, actually, you can’t call them ? They just text you a link to the same form. No problem, I’ll just send them an email. No reply after 5 days ! Even just a “no” would’ve sufficed. The lack of communication/inability to reach them is such a red flag. If they’re this bad at communication while I’m offering them £££, imagine how bad they’ll be as soon as I need my rental fixed due to a water leak/etc. Every few days I would get an unwanted spam email from them (calling me ‘miss’ for some reason) asking me to sign up for the viewing. This just annoyed me even more. Woke me up by calling me in the morning a week before the sole viewing date (which I never registered to go to) telling me it’s been agreed to a let. What a joke, lol. I feel bad for the people who actually booked time off just to attend this viewing. Decided already that I’m never going to let with Concentric. I’m tired of letting agencies that collect rent, sign leases, and nothing else. Terrible communication, and seems like they’d leave you in a flooded house for a week before thinking of sending someone to fix a pipe.

GoogleVery good company to deal with, Preet is excellent on the phone, great mannerism and very professional. Lucy stands out as exceptional, very thorough and very easy to deal with. Lucy gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on my prospective tenants. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite her being very busy. Highly recommend Concentric for finding your next tenant or home. Great team !

GoogleTrying to arrange a viewing for a sale is like pulling teeth. Poor seller, no wonder it is not shifting on the market. Asked for details over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. This is appalling service.

GoogleWe are still in the process of getting our property from concentric but so far the experience has been absolutely great. We do not have any complaint. From a family relocating from London, there has not been any break in communication since the whole process started and the service we are receiving is just spot on. GoogleA complete disgrace of an estate agents, we as a whole cul-de-sac was non stop calling up and complaining about tenants they had put into one of there property's at no 9 pagham close, regarding harrasments, threatening behaviour, and concentric estate agents done nothing about it for months, even after leaving numerous of messages asking for somone from management to call us back, they couldn't even do that. Even with the police envolved, they also said the estate agents should be doing more regarding the complaint put forward,which they never did. I will never sell or rent an house under these morons ever, and God forbid anyone who rents one out under these, asking as they get there money, the couldn't give a toss if there tenants upset naighbours or damage the property's.

GoogleThis is an appaling,poorly managed business, it survives on robbing people of deposit moneys. I am working man 43,with x2 teenage children who stop with me weekends, dont drink, very private professional person, yet these degraded me numerous occassions. £1000 pound aweek wage, yet i wasnt good enough 4 a property i applied for. I would seriously gice these a thought b4 u let from them.

That being said they did offer a solution which would have seen us reach a resolution and progress the application had you taken the advice as oppose to withdraw from the process. GoogleNEVER RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. Twice they let someone into the property without giving any notice whatsoever. Don't know how often this has happened when none of us were in. They let themselves in with keys. That's against the law (Landlord and Tenant Act 1985). They were incredibly unprofessional at all times. They will no doubt try to say I was a problem tenant after the fact, but you are allowed to ask them to comply with the law and the contract you signed. We had a broken fridge for over 2 months before they got a new one and plonked it in the living room. Shower had and still has mould, they don't care. They were trying to show the property to sell without giving any notice to us tenants still living in the property. Staff have no idea about tenancy law but will argue about it with you anyway. Know your rights. Don't give them your money. They will never fix your property and make you feel terrible for pointing out how often they break the law. AVOID
Hafsa, we have spoken before and I am aware you were getting frustrated as we were entering the property without giving you notice. I would like to point out that you rent a room in a HMO and to clarify we do not actually have to give notice to access either the communal areas or empty rooms in a HMO. We have not tried to access your room at any stage during the recent viewings conducted at the property. GoogleThe worst agency for a renter. On the first day that we had to move in they told us in the last minute if we can find somewhere to stay for a few day because they can not give us the key. After 4 years of renting when we decided to move out... is been 2 months and we have not seen not even 1 penny from our deposid back.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI am a landlord and Concentric was managing our property. Now we want to terminate the management contract. We were told that there’s a termination fee, which was expected, however the termination fee appears to be 1.5 times of the monthly rent, which is basically equivalent to a year worth of management service charges which is itself 12% of the monthly rent. Concentric is not going to carry out any works around the property or any works at all, it is some admin time that will be needed. And we would understand if the termination fee would be attached to Concentric service charges. But no, it appears that they want a year worth of their charges to be paid by us now. We find it’s a rip off. Landlords, be aware what you are signing, as it seems that Concentric will want your money for every move, and termination will cost you dearly

FacebookWe are the landlords. We are now terminating the property management contract with Concentric. We were told that there will termination fee which was expected. However termination fee appeared to be 1.5 monthly rent, which is equivalent of a year worth of concentric service charges. Service charges were 12% of monthly rent, and we would agree that termination charges would be related to the service charges. But not, they want us to pay 1.5 monthly rent, which as I said is worth a year of service charges. No works will be done by concentric around the property, it’s pure administration, and yet we need to pay dearly for admin work. So landlords, be aware what you are signing with Concentric. We feel it’s a rip off…. Any opinion about it, what experience you had when you were terminating your propretry management contract “
