GoogleSears have been a great agent for me whilst being my managing agent and then helping me sell my flat. They are responsive and provide fantastic help and guidance. I have been particularly impressed with Gabriella who picked up the sale of my flat towards the end of the process but took initiative and super proactive to help me get the earliest completion date. Gabriella was also empathetic and super approachable which really helps in the stressful house buying and selling process!!

GoogleOur experience with Sears Wokingham has been brilliant, they really aren't your typical estate agent, every single person we have dealt with has been so helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. We are now about to complete on our first home, as first time buyers the whole process is a bit overwhelming but thankfully Sears also have transaction support and we were allocated Gabriella. She has been absolutely amazing. She has kept us in the loop the whole way through and chased the solicitors as and when needed. We were so grateful to have her support and she really must be one of the most efficient people I have ever dealt with! You really have nothing to worry about if Gabriella is involved in your transaction, she is so on the ball, super efficient and really really helpful. She took the time to ensure we knew exactly what was happening and why throughout the whole process, which is really reassuring when you are going through something like this for the first time. From start to finish we have just had the most superb experience with Sears Wokingham and I really really cannot recommend them enough!

Googlefrom personal interactions its not often you can say you had the pleasure of dealing with an estate agents but i must admit Wiktoria and Gabriella were both lovely to deal with and very knoligable. we had the pleasure of begging shown around and starting are perching journey with Wiktoria and then has closed our sale with Gabriella. as a first time buyer with learning difficulty's these two made a very stressful time go with ease and knowledge.

GoogleWe had been on the market with Sears for 6 months before we decided to take it off temporarily to give it a break after not getting any bites. Fast forward 2 years into our “break” (the post covid flat market wasn’t great!) we got an out of the blue call from Rob who said he thought he had us a buyer. Two viewings later, within a week we were sold! As you can imagine, we were not prepared at all to move as we hadn’t been looking at all but the whole team at Sears couldn’t have been more helpful in sending us potential properties etc. Our sale took a very long time due to legal delays and Gabriella who managed our sale (and even purchase even though we bought through another agent!) made an incredibly stressful situation feel like a breeze with stepping in with solicitors, speeding up the transaction etc. nothing was ever too much trouble for her and I can honestly say she has restored my faith in estate agents and I would never choose any other agent to sell my property with in the future. Not only is she incredibly professional and proficient in her role, she is also kind, caring and personable - going above and beyond at all times. If you’re selling your property, do not hesitate to use Sears - they knew our property needed a specific type of buyer and even without being on the market for 2 years, they found them. Selling your property is only part of the process and probably the easiest; getting to completion without the chain collapsing and your sanity is the hard part - with Gabriella at their helm, you are in safe hands. GoogleWe have recently used Sears for the sale of our house, and they were also the estate agent responsible for our onward purchase too. Oliver was responsible for the sale of our house, he is very knowledgable about the local housing market and also clearly understood potential buyers wants/needs as he was able to identify a buyer for our property relatively quickly. He conducted our viewings very professionally and was always available to provide updates. Gabriella was assigned as our transaction support contact once we had a sale agreed on our property and also for our onward purchase. She worked tirelessly alongside our buyers and sellers solicitors to keep everything on track. She provided us with weekly updates at a minimum, but mostly updated us in real time so we always knew exactly where we were within the process and could have some estimated timelines to work with. We felt very supported by everyone at Sears and would definitely recommend them to everyone!

GoogleThe decision to appoint an estate agent is rarely straightforward, but Sears made the decision much easier than we had anticipated. They outmatched their competitors without even breaking a sweat. Sears' professionalism, friendliness and dedication has been evident from the very beginning. Massive shout-out to Lydia, who has been a fantastic representative for the company since her valuation visit, all the way through marketing our property to personally arranging and attending viewings. Her work ethic is highly impressive, and she always conducts herself in a personable yet professional manner. She makes it seem effortless and she is an asset to any Estate Agency, but Sears should be thrilled to have someone of Lydia's talents onboard. And we could not forget Lydia's counterpart - Ryan - who also exemplifies efficiency and a strong desire to engage with his clients. Ryan demonstrated his eagerness to connect with our property early on, and used his experience and knowledge to maximise the potential for the sale of our property. Needless to say, with this dynamic duo at the helm, Sears successfully secured a sale for us within 2 weeks of the property going to market. Incredibly efficient, dedicated and personalised service - this is exactly what we wanted and they made it come true. Would highly recommend you give Sears a try!
