Decided to sell our house and move to Canada for family reasons. I had dealt with Romans six years ago and had a positive experience so we decided to use them again. Romans were able to find us a buyer without even having to list the house! I credit this to their wide client base. We achieved the price we wanted for the house and were pleased with the professional service during the process and with our Romans aftercare rep. She was brilliant at following up and keeping everyone in the loop. Would recommend Romans Wokingham!

Romans estate agents in Wokingham have recently helped us sell our home and my experience in dealing with them has been very pleasant. The sales team worked very hard and extremely efficiently in order to help us achieve the price we wanted for our home. Full marks to Adam who did very well in helping us get more than one offer on our property. I quite liked the skill with which Dan Salisbury convinced us to sell through Romans. Also, worth mentioning are his loyalty to the Romans group ( he convinced us to use their conveyancing and financial services) and his communication during the process. I feel Romans have an advantage in this very competitive industry mainly because of their professional attitude and the people they employ.

The senior property manager has been with us on this journey when I became a landlord. She is quick in responding to my queries and has arranged promptly for any maintenance work required at the property or for any other issues raised by the tenant. The continuity is great as she is the only agent, I have known during my rental experience and is one of the factors why I have chosen to remain with Romans.

We've had a great experience using romans to rent our first house. Me and my partner have just got the keys to our new home and romans have made the whole process as simple as possible for us. The team and Jonathan Randall in particular who has been our main point of contact has been overly helpful and quick, we saw the house just over two weeks ago and we finalised and got the keys yesterday. Romans have been amazing throughout the whole process. I was assigned a move manager and they always kept me up to date and responded quick. I also got a welcome pack when I picked up the keys which included soap, beer and some other essentials which was a really lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Bracknell branch Absolutely shocking attitude towards my daughter. Discrimination because she's on universal credit. Had a guarantor the landlord accepted her for the property but the financial reference at Romans said no. They cause upset and stress totally unprofessional. My son in law had same experience in Ashford Surrey . Stay well away from Romans they are liars and make it up as they go along we are now seeking advice against them

We sold our house through Romans Wokingham in March 2016, Having used 2 previous estate agents unsuccessfully . From the very beginning they assured us they would be able to secure a sale and they certainly succeed. We were kept informed of every enquiry and their feed back on viewings was amazing. Daniel Salisbury seemed to handle most of the viewing and was extremely professional throughout.We were a little hesitant over the fees as they seemed quite high,however Romans were worth every penny they certainly earned their fee. Once we had sold we were put in the hands of Natalie Boyd in their move department and she followed and chased the other estate agent and solicitors with dogged determination. Professionalism and friendliness

This is my first experience renting privately, I was shown the property by Amy and my offer and subsequent application process was handled by them, Saffron, and Muskan. I was made to feel extremely at ease asking any and all questions (no matter how small!) and was at no point made to feel like a bother, something that I found highly reassuring due to being someone with anxiety. I was assigned Jaymie Cobb as my property manager, and they have been extremely prompt in replies to any teething issues since moving in, alongside taking the time to call me personally on my move in day to make sure I knew who they were and how to get hold of them should I need too. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received, and the effort the staff I've worked with has put into ensuring everything goes smoothly and to ease any anxiety has really shown. Disgusting and Dishonest company especially the High Wycombe branch and property management manager called 'Stacey Cowap' (Avoid her at all costs)They have lied and have cheated there way to stealing money from me from my deposit, I actually cannot believe the complete load of rubbish they have made up - This company needs to be exposed on a wider scale so that they cannot get away with this anymore!!!!

Successful House Sale

We started the sale of our house with another agent which wasn’t going well and so we invited Roman’s to make a difference. The manager - Matt White had kept in close contact with us and made some suggestions about the new marketing plan. Within a few days his team had arranged three viewings, on the same day and we received two offers a few days later! After accepting an offer, the sales process was managed by their Move Manager who has been in regular contact and facilitated all parties, to ensure a smooth contract exchange. We were more than happy with the service we recieved from Romans, although it took a long time to sell our house, Jason worked tirelessly, showing lots of people around our house, especially as we were in Spain for a lot of the time, he kept us informed. and spent the extra time, switching on the heating, lights etc to make our house feel like a home during the grey winter months while we were away. Thank you once again Jason.
