I felt genuinely listened to and Matthew Leigh made some great suggestions of properties to see that we hadn't considered but ended up loving. GoogleThis review is specifically for the work completed by this branch for our house sale. We chose to sell through Romans as we were impressed by the Residential Sales Manager (Ian Lewis) and they offered us the best rates compared to other estate agents. It was a difficult sale with multiple drop outs, but we found their sales team to always have a pragmatic approach and were generally very helpful. 4/5 stars because they aren't the best at answering the phone and we got a bit fed up of listening to the Roman's Daily Personalised Missed Call Message which seemed to always have them quote yesterday's date. Romans handed us to LRG for the move manager part of the process which we found to be very poor but that should not affect the review of this particular branch.

GoogleHelpful, great communication, quick to address issues, generally a very friendly professional team dealing with lettings. Kerry especially took great care of me. Updated at end of tenancy: Sadly the exit process not at all as efficient. Had to chase emails to confirm notice has been received. No contact regarding exit until less than 24 hours from external party. No arrangements to coordinate check out. Unjust charges for items that were clearly visible on check in. Painful communication.
