Jack and Matt have been very efficient and have helped us get our property on to the market very quickly and met our ultimate target date for that goal.Matt was very clear on the steps we'd follow together as part of the overall process and so far we're tracking to that and very happy with the related services we've been engaged with.We wanted to engage with a solicitor early and Matt was also helpful in putting us in touch with a local firm who have been very responsive to our needs as Romans in Farnham have.

Great Estate Agents

I've been with Romans for 12 years and the team have looked after my property and tenants during this time with great care and consideration. I find the whole team a pleasure to work with and any issues are quickly resolved. Romans take a proactive approach looking after my property and I especially call out my property manager Jade who has recently helped me prepare my property for a new tenants. Jade sorted numerous issues for me ensuring I was kept updated and consulted along the way. Thanks to Jade and the team at Romans.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jade Small from Romans swindon branch today. I must say I feel,today, that she was the right person to talk too. My concerns and issues was dealt with promptly and efficiently. She was able to listen and understand my concerns, solving the concern and putting my mind at ease. Awful

We had an awful experience with Romans Clifton branch. We found the team to be pushy, at times rude and unorganised to the point of incompetence. There was a lack of wanting to carry out work they are paid for, to broken internal online systems, creating an extremely uncomfortable process for all, and then refusing to remove signage after completion. I could not recommend them to anyone. Names often quoted in reviews here and on Google provided a different experience to us. We were very surprised by the amount of positive reviews.

As first time buyers, I can’t recommend Romans any more if I tried. We initially got a call from the team who suggested a house they thought we would love - I didn’t believe them at first! We had been looking for quite some time and we realised we were very fussy buyers.. well Romans completely understood our requirements and went above and beyond to make our journey to buying a house smooth and easy. This was my first experience with selling property, and I could not have asked for a better outcome. The property was exchanged and completed within five months of my initial contact with Michael. I was assigned a dedicated viewing manager who kept me informed about all viewings and responses. Additionally, I was assigned a dedicated move manager who assisted me with all solicitor-related queries from the buyers' side. This manager made sure there were no delays from either side. Michael's guidance in listing the property at the right price and helping me navigate my circumstances and market conditions was invaluable. Recently just sold our property in Wokingham after a previous below average experience with another estate agents where we had 1 viewing in 7 weeks. Dan and Michael were incredibly professional and proactive and sold our property within 4 days for the full asking price. In addition, the service post sale was made seemless and stress free with the support of Natalie in the move management team. I cannot reccommend them highly enough - you get what you pay for!
