The property we were buying (from a different estate agent) got rather complicated, but Nick & Teresa gave us great advice and guidance, and we're a very calming, steadying influence. They went above and beyond with liaising with our solicitor, the other estate agents, our buyers and their solicitors. Would give 6* if I could!

GoogleWe recently bought our new home, where Quarters were acting for our vendor. We dealt mostly with Nick, from our first viewing to Nick handing over our keys. Once our offer was accepted, Nick put us in touch with Emma Alben at Prime Progression Ltd, and through the "Mio" app, Emma kept us posted on progress and was always at the end of the line. We were not expecting this extra layer of service, so it was a great bonus.
However, Nick always made himself available locally. Nick recommended our solicitors and our surveyor, both excellent too. Nick was on hand, responsive, trouble shooting and a calming influence and honest, during what became a protracted progress reaching exchange. He dealt with all in the chain including solicitors. Kept us posted and worked professionally and tirelessly to get us our keys to our new home. We thoroughly recommend Quarters and Nick, who are also now our neighbours. Thank you team Quarters.
