GoogleI had no idea that estate agency service could be like this. Teresa and Nick listened to us, gave excellent advice on the market and the flat we were selling. Suggested we put some furniture into our empty flat to stage it, helped us to stage it and achieved a buyer before it even went officially on to the market, outstanding service

They are completely unlike any other agent I have used in that they are not your typical agent managed by poorly trained staff only motivated by the need for a quick sale to earn their commission. FacebookWhy go anywhere else. They are polite, professional, persistent, proactive and a pleasure to do business with. They care and are committed to you. They sold our house at a tricky time, with lots of potential buyers through the door and real offers that were backed up. We tried the big firms and wish we had gone straight to Teresa and Nick.

GoogleWe have bought an appartment in Wokingham through Quarters Residential who were the selling agents. The lead agent with whom we dealt was Nick Harris who is a partner in the firm, he could not have been more accommodating. Nick has not only fulfilled his responsibilities to his main client, the vendor, by dressing and preparing the appartment to present it in the best possible light, and I might add securing a good price, he has also made the process of buying as smooth an event as possible by liaising with our building surveyor and electrical surveyor to gain access, he has also given us access on several occasions since our offer was accepted to facilitate measuring up and meeting our carpet supplier to do likewise. Quarters have also been very proactive in keeping us informed of the progress of the legal proceedings at all levels of the chain through regular contact with the other agents and solicitors involved. As a buyer, Quarters have not only been a pleasure to work with, but whenever the need arises we would not hesitate to use them to sell our property in the future.
