Over many years I've had several managers to look after my property. By far the most professional and helpful is Lily Sines at Prospect. I cannot praise her highly enough. We purchased & completed our home at the end of Jan 2021 through prospect & whilst every purchase isn't without it's teething moments I have to say that overall our experience was great, Ellen - New Homes Manager was fantastic & really went the extra mile in helping secure the property for us along with chasing additional issues we had on the matter.
