TrustpilotPersonal approach
We had an awful journey buying our home but from an unsuccessful viewing 12 mnths ago, Beth remembered our preferences and personally called us when the ideal home came onto her radar and she secured it for us. A turbulent sale process but Beth kept us up to date every step of the way, even in the evenings. Thank so much Beth for helping us find our new home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Trustpilotpositive lettings experience
I’ve had a very positive experience with Prospect, in particular, Lauren. She’s been proactive in keeping me updated on the new UK letting regulations and clearly explained how the changes affect me as a landlord.

I currently rent a property with Prospects and also am a landlord with my partner of two that they let for us. The service has always been excellent with decent tenants and if there has been any issues with our properties then I have to praise Emily Homer-Moore our property manager who just efficiently deals with the issues in a positive and friendly manner. Thanks Emily your manner is first rate.Graham & Celia

TrustpilotProspect Property management
Prospect has looked after my property for the last five years, and the team has been fantastic, especially Claudia, who is always responsive and proactive. If you're looking for an agency that takes all the stress out of being a landlord, get in touch with them. You won't regret it.

TrustpilotProbably one of the most frustrating…
Probably one of the most frustrating estate agencies i had to deal with ,we had a terrible experience with prospect. I had been dealing with Kenny Wackrill purely focused on commission rather than a value adding service. Communication was very poor whilst waiting on an update on an offer placed on a property had to keep chasing him whilst he was booking further viewings, did not feel like valued prospective buyers at all. Very unprofessional and Poor service Completely wasted my time and put me off speaking to any agencies.

We met Charlotte at the house we were looking to rent. She was very knowledgeable about the property and the questions we asked that she was unsure about the answers she found out and let us know. All this led to a good conclusion as we are now in our home. Excellent service from Prospect!

TrustpilotVery pleased with the service.
Nikki Gardner had her usual check up on our rental. We were very pleased of the communication, she gave us a clear window of her visit. She was respectful of the property and our work life balance (night shift workers), didn't stay longer as needed. She's always kind and helpful. Very pleased with the overall service.

TrustpilotThey are creating fake appointments
They are creating fake appointments by using customers mortgage in principals and changing them. My details were used to view a property which I was not aware and I am not looking for a house.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through Prospect Property agents -Winnersh , if not for Mr Jay Lota of Prospect office the purchase would not have completed , with last minute price reductions request from first time buyers holding the entire chain of sales more than 3 involved he managed to get a deal done with such stressful and time sensitive situations, Jay showed commitment through out the process. Highly recommend anyone looking for house hunting to go via Prospects agents they have positive attitude towards their clients and their relationship Thanks G Mysore Anantha Rao
