When we first planned to come to the UK a few years ago, it was difficult to rent an apartment because we had two cats. Fortunately, we found help from HK UK at that time! This so-called company is absolutely useless!! They will take your money, they will come across as perfect to start with! And then do the absolute bare minimum after. Applications should have taken weeks to go, though but have yet taken years and are still waiting and to trying to get updates from them, or a simple reply are impossible. When things don't work out, they will blame government departments. But they will keep you hanging on over replies, which should have been weeks before! Total lack of communication with clients and very unprofessional. They try to blame the UK system because of their own incompetence to do what they assumed they could do and keep family's apart for years because they can't process the information correctly which they made out they could do!!
