GoogleThe service of the HK UK Support is excellent. Their staff response to our enquiries and requests efficiently. With their assistance, we rented a flat smoothly and promptly. They also assisted us in registering for the water, gas, electricity and internet broadband services. Upon our arrival in the UK, we were informed that the landlord was not ready to pass the property to us. With the help of the staff of the HK UK Support, we were able to leave our luggage in their office. They also acted as a tour guide introducing the neighbourhood where we live to us before we were able to enter the property we rented. We would like to say “THANK YOU” to them wholeheartedly. Throughout the process, we were admired by their enthusiasm in helping Hongkongers to settle in the UK.

GoogleWe used HK UK Support for renting an accommodation in the UK before we relocated here in July 21. As we have 2 cats with us, it was a bit difficult at the very beginning. However, HK UK Support managed to help secure a rental deal before we departed from HK. We were served by a professional and caring team leaded by Anita and Olsen. They are both Hongkongers who appreciate our concern and speak Cantonese. Together with their local team the support was fantastic and communication was seamless. I highly recommend UK HK Support if you are looking for relocating to the UK.
