GoogleUnfortunately, Racheal was away for a few months during our house hunt period and had to deal with a horrible, rude, unprofessional sales team. We decided to not to go ahead with Bovis for this very reason(they were a real pain) and chose the neighbouring builders and they were a delight.

GoogleGood, courteous and responsive sales team at BOVIS Embrook Place site especially Rachel Herring. Rachel has been very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. Highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a new build house in Wokingham.

GooglePaperwork stated we qualified for the £4000 flooring package and also confirmed by Bovis during a phone call. Called in to select flooring and then told we would have to pay for it. When speaking with management they put it down to an admin error. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!
