GoogleTheir gardens were water logged and houses are very small and over looking each other. For the price these house aren't value for money.

GoogleGood, courteous and responsive sales team at BOVIS Embrook Place site especially Rachel Herring. Rachel has been very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. Highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a new build house in Wokingham.

GoogleUnfortunately, Racheal was away for a few months during our house hunt period and had to deal with a horrible, rude, unprofessional sales team. We decided to not to go ahead with Bovis for this very reason(they were a real pain) and chose the neighbouring builders and they were a delight.

GoogleSold a house without structural drawings and refuses to give us the drawings, our assumption is these builds are not safe and they are hiding these documents that we have a right too.
