GoogleExtremely disappointing viewing experience. The property was nothing like the pictures or description. Advertised as a 'luxurious high-end flat in Woking,' the reality was far from it, mould, peeling walls, and scaffolding obstructing the windows. Had the listing on Rightmove reflected the actual condition, we wouldn't have wasted two hours traveling for this.
To make matters worse, the representative was completely unprepared, with no knowledge of basic details such as parking arrangements, gas/electricity setup, or building amenities. If the agent isn't equipped with essential information, why send them to the viewing at all?
Overall, this was an unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend using Seymours.
