GoogleAs a remote Landlord Seymours have looked after my local property interests for over10yrs always providing the best customer service. Recently one of their staff Katie K had to deal with a very challenging issue for one property requiring skills of diplomacy and negotiation. She resolved the matter and exceeded my expectations in every way. I've never met or spoken to her always communicating by e mail which is not always easy but she delivered real 5 star service. At the beginning, I send an email to the agent, and the agent efficiently replies that there are three houses for me to viewing on site within a few hours. I am very glad to reply immediately and confirm that I can go to viewing the house the next day. When I arrived at the appointment, Sam and his colleagues greeted me in a very cordial and friendly manner. After I viewing at the apartment after confirmation, Sam's follow-up was very professional and efficient, which deserves my praise. I will also introduce Syemours to friends for reference.

GoogleElliot Price was really polite, organised to fix our dish washer immediately. The day of him fixing it he arrived extremely promptly and got the job done quickly and it is all fixed now. He was also super friendly with our 15 week old puppy!
