Can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Seymour’s. They were super efficient and made the process of finding a new home enjoyable and stress free. We dealt with Jade and she was great from start to finish. We didn’t have to chase for updates at any stage and she was very helpful during the offer process. What a pleasure. I dealt with Jade and Mo, both of whom were very professional, organised, and extremely helpful. It is rare to find an agent who listens to what you need and then makes every effort to help you find a home that fits those requirements. Jade set up multiple viewings for me on the same day so that I would not be driving up and down long distances once she understood that we would be relocating, and once I had selected a property she talked me through everything and made sure I was happy at all steps. We had a fantastic experience with Seymours Woking thanks to Jade. Being new to the area, our availability to view properties was very limited, but Jade went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and planned a morning where we could view multiple flats that could be suitable for us, which was incredibly convenient. Luckily we found the perfect flat on the same day and Jade's guidance and support were instrumental in securing our offer. People will have mixed opinions on how their service was, like with all things. I personally had fantastic service with Seymours Lettings. My thanks to Jade Turner, who was the negotiator assisting me with my query. I recently received a promotion which required me to find a place to live with good transport links to London, and I haven't been in the renting game for a while, and much has changed. Jade was clear in her explanations of the process, very approachable and friendly, an excellent communicator and liaison, and a superb representor of Seymours. Thank you so much Seymour for helping me and my family secure a rental property in Woking. Searching for a place to rent from Sweden shows to be quite difficult. My husband and I have had a great experience with a number of Seymour staff showing. properties to my mother. I usually rate places. I would say this is the most honest and truly 5 star review to the Seymours (Woking). I started with Andzela Cleugh who was pro-active, great listener and fantastic seller/negotiator, after few phone calls and only viewing 3 flats I found one I look for it within my budget. All the process took less than 4 days. James was great person who meet me on the locations. He is young and bright with great potential to be a fantastic agent. Then Sabine Alam in moving team help me to proceed the referencing that took less than a week. Absolutely amazing people, immediate response, responsible people and always there to guide you. Thanks everyone and what a great team and great people. I really enjoyed the smoothness of whole process.

Very unprofessional, rude and don't care for their tenants. They have told me 5 months out from our contract that the landlord is selling the home and they will not fix anything which is neglecting the tenant. Louise Eatwell was extremely rude and has not responded to any of my concerns. In my previous house they had let the landlord partially sign the contract to their knowledge in case he wanted to extend his say and they confirmed the contract with us and that all is approved and then 2 days prior to us moving in the landlord pulled out, which meant we had to go live in an Airbnb which Seymours didn't care about. They suggested i just stay in my old property even if the lease is up as its against the law for them to evict me immediately.

Owen Whiter has made our hunt for a home an absolute pleasure! Not only was he always helpful and proactive, but took the time to guide us through a totally foreign process.
