GoogleWARNING to all contractors, they do not pay their bills, hundreds of pound stolen from me. I’ve now stopped working for them. it started off fine and a very good working relationship, but I found unpaid invoices that just escalated you have been warned.

GoogleThe place is really good and we are happy. We are just in a process of talking to maintenence about the stove not functioning properly. However we definitely award 5 star to the service, communications and property we have got through Martin & Co and will not go without mentioning Nathaniel for his helpless and professionalism through out

GoogleI have been a first time landlord for four years and during that time Mo and his team have been extremely helpful. Excellent tenants have been found, the odd few maintenance repairs have been taken care of quickly and cost effectively and my telephone calls and emails have been answered promptly and professionally. Very recently Mo spent time talking through various options with me and as a result I have been able to keep my house and tenants whilst releasing some much needed equity. I have been very pleased with the service provided and will keep my house with them through the coming years.
