GooglePoor, Would not rent another property through them. Great at first and really terrible after some time, Currently have legal proceedings against them due to the way they handled a situation Costing me money to fix issues caused by a contractor brought in by Parkers to do work whilst I was away. reported it immediately to them and had been told for 6 weeks that they would be getting it fixed before finally saying that it is down to me to take it up with their contractors. AVOID !!! - as you can see it has taken them 2 years to comment on my initial review that was great for them.

Brendan and the team work together efficiently and have been very helpful to us in finding a buyer for our house. They provided good market information at the start of the process and were friendly to work with over the preparation of sales particulars and arranging viewings. GoogleFrom the beginning to the end Parkers have provided a professional service. Our property was unusual in terms of age, size and state of repair. Parkers advised us on price and strategy. The brochure was produced very quickly and the house was on the market within a week. Changes we requested were quickly incorporated. Once a buyer was found Parkers ensured communication between all parties to avoid road blocks. Having looked at three other agents we are pleased with our choice and would recommend them to others.

I had a very disappointing experience with Parkers. I paid a holding deposit for a rental flat that turned out to be in a terrible condition, far below acceptable living standards. Despite raising concerns immediately, they refused to refund my holding deposit, which felt completely unfair given the state of the property.
