Not to be trusted. They lack transparency and implement unusal tactis

They advertised a house for sale together with another company. We had a viewing and placed an offer.We found it was sold some months before for a lower price. It was bought with cash as part of a scheme.They kept us lying that the house was not sold months before, but the other company told us it was.They told us to wait for a response on the offer, and their response after a week of waiting was that it was sold by the other company. They could have spared the entire process from the beginning but they love wasting your time and lying about the process. I highly recommend avoiding them for lack of transparency and the unusual tactics involved in their process.

Parker’s provide a seamless proactive letting service

Parker’s are very proactive and make a letting seamless from beginning to end. They also send reminders re a landlord’s legal responsibilities. eg Gas Certificate renewal, EICR, EPC etc.They establish good relationships with tenants and landlords and respond immediately to any issues.I highly recommend:

Poor, Would not rent another property through them. Great at first and really terrible after some time, Currently have legal proceedings against them due to the way they handled a situation Costing me money to fix issues caused by a contractor brought in by Parkers to do work whilst I was away. reported it immediately to them and had been told for 6 weeks that they would be getting it fixed before finally saying that it is down to me to take it up with their contractors. AVOID !!! - as you can see it has taken them 2 years to comment on my initial review that was great for them.

From the beginning to the end Parkers have provided a professional service. Our property was unusual in terms of age, size and state of repair. Parkers advised us on price and strategy. The brochure was produced very quickly and the house was on the market within a week. Changes we requested were quickly incorporated. Once a buyer was found Parkers ensured communication between all parties to avoid road blocks. Having looked at three other agents we are pleased with our choice and would recommend them to others.

Easily the best estate agents

Moving house is never simple, especially at the moment! But Parkers just make it so much simpler. The expertise and support from before marketing to even after completion is something well worth it compared to newer online-only estate agents. We had 2 failed attempts and if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication from Parkers, I'm not sure we'd have moved at all. From the first meeting with Jasper, who really understood our needs, understands the market and really took time to help, through to completion with Paula who was unbelievably outstanding in supporting us, through house's falling through (which sadly happens) to calling whoever was needed - nothing was ever to big for Paula. Always going above and beyond and we're extremely grateful. 100% recommend using Parkers if you're buying on selling.

House Purchase just before XMAS

From start to finish, I had no issues with Parkers. Emma George assisting throughout the whole process, I had a stress free life knowing that Emma was able to take control of certain situations between the purchase and selling solicitors. This included myself being updated regularly on what's happening and if i could assist to make things quicker.From having my offer accepted to completing took around 45 days, I can't put any fault down with Parkers.

Parker's provided a fully managed service for our property in Witney which we rented out for four years whilst we resided abroad, and they then subsequently helped us to sell the house in 2020, despite the unprecedented challenges being faced due to the Covid pandemic. The service and professionalism we received from Parker's throughout the whole process has been exceptional. The staff kept in regular contact with us, even though we were on the other side of the world with a significant time difference, and it was never too much trouble to hold a skype call with us to keep us informed. Parkers secured a sale for us in a matter of weeks, whilst also managing the relationship with the tenants in situ, and they did all this with care and professionalism.
