GoogleI would really not recommend using this practice. We had an appointment booked at 9.15 in the morning and they rang 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel due to illness. I would expect that a practice of this type would have much better arrangements in place to manage cancellations; it demonstrates a total lack of respect and professionalism to cancel at such short notice. It's basic - get proper arrangements in place to cover sickness, or at least give sufficient notice to ensure that very busy people's time is not wasted . If they can't organise this, I would not trust them to represent me in a legal capacity.

Paid £30,000 to Lee Chadwick Solicitors in 2014 to be secured on charges and ownership of property… but they never did!
So all my money lost, with not even an apology or explanation from Lee Chadwick Solicitors. Make the right & safe choice… choose another Solicitor.

Wish I had read updated reviews before using them. Used previously 18 months ago, young girl was marvelous. Did not think to read updated reviews and ended uip with a part time solicitor who doesnt respond to emails. I had so many out of the office returns.. was the worst ever conveyancing in my history. Communication is appalling as others have said.

They have no empathy towards the clients when someone looses a loved one emotions will be high they don't understand that sympathy, empathy and understanding is needed.communication is appalling. They really did a great job on our house sale. I used Sue Morton and she really put a lot of hard work on our sale. The cost was good as well. I liked that they were on the high street as well, it made dropping off papers really easy. I would probably use them again, if you ask they will give you some free money off vouchers as well!
