Charlotte was probably the best solicitor we have ever dealt with. It was such a breath of fresh air to have a solicitor who looked after us and kept us up to date at all times. We couldn't have asked for better and will definitely use Lee Chadwick for our future house purchases/sales. We are happy to settle for now though after the big move! Thanks so much, again! Linda Robinson has acted for me to purchase a property which has just been completed on. Linda was amazing from start to finish. Linda is very kind, patient (explaining things to me leaving me in no doubts in my mind when questions arose), meticulous to detail, always on top of the situation and communicated with me at all times in a friendly and helpful way within a short period of time. I never felt dismissed (as some firms do) and she always took my call or popped down to see me, if she was in the office and I had a question. I found her service to me when selling my mother's house 3 years ago the same. A truly wonderful solicitor and person. Lee Chadwick have a great team of staff who are also friendly and helpful at all times.

Trustworthy and unflappable!

I recently moved from Oxfordshire to the coast. It was a fairly complicated move due to the house I was buying. Linda was my main contact and was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive (almost always immediately) and really professional, knowledgeable and absolutely unflappable! The price for the conveyancing was very competitive, and I would definitely recommend Lee-Chadwick to anybody who needs to feel absolute trust in their conveyancer. It's a very stressful experience, but Linda made it so much better - thank you!

I don't recommend this firm as family solicitors. They promised me that they would look into my case and work to resolve it, but they failed to do so. At the time of their involvement, they failed to appropriately address my concern and provide recommendations on what could have been done. So much more than I ever expected

I first approached Lee Chadwick in 2021 seeking advise to remove myself from a domestically violent and abusive marriage, trying to escape was a daunting concept but reaching out to Lee Chadwick was the best thing I did. Laura gave me reassurance that everything would be okay and gave me legal guidance and support in everything I needed to know and do, Laura treated me and my case with compassion, empathy and reassured me throughout, she made me feel at ease and also made me believe I could do it which is not something i felt from another solicitor I had initially approached. I am now happily divorced and all legal/financial ties to my ex are sorted/cut, I no longer have to worry and can happily move forward. Without Laura from Lee Chadwick I honestly don't believe I would have had the courage to reach this point and for that I will be forever grateful.

Avoid at all possible costs. Failed to respond to key information during conveyancing process, and missed a vital detail that caused purchase to fall through on DAY OF EXCHANGE. This cost me several thousands of pounds, not to mention the stress, heartache and disappointment. Extraordinarily poor.
