GoogleBe prepared to double-check Gatekeeper's (Aylesbury) property description. The term 'ample parking' omitted to advise the unwitting tenant that it belonged to the neighbouring property.
David, please get in touch on pct@gatekeeper.co.uk. We are unaware of this issue and neither our sales and letting, nor our property care team have spoken to anyone who has complained of a parking issue. We are always very clear about parking spaces, so if there is a problem, we would appreciate it if you gave us a call or sent an email, so we can work towards resolving it for you. Rented my second property through Gatekeeper in Witney. I had a flat that me and my partner moved in to and now our daughter is a bit older we have taken on a house. Moving out of one property and in to the other was pretty smooth and the team really helped with utility switches
