During viewings, B&B were certainly more professional than other estate agents in the Witney area. As first time buyers, we found the process relatively straight forward and appreciated unprompted explanations at certain points. We also appreciated receiving information from the seller via the estate agent informally as this was significantly quicker than via the solicitor. We'd recommend B&B Witney anytime, and thank John and the team for all the time and effort spent pushing the purchase through, particularly during a global pandemic 👍

Striking the perfect balance between tenacity and patience, he was invaluable in supporting the purchase process, going above and beyond in liaising with other relevant parties and moving things forward efficiently and professionally.
Given that we were buying during the Covid-19 pandemic, it could not have been a more challenging time to be buying and selling.
