Rosie is a true asset to the team and in general I'd say Breckon & Breckon is one of the more personable and considerate agency. Their communication is sincere, they're flexible and actually know about the properties they show. Way too many others would show you a property they've never stepped their foot into and are unable to answer any of your questions, essentially wasting everyone's time. This was not the case with B&B- they knew everything about the property and were proactive in pointing things out themselves too. Definitely recommend!

Where do I start. Staff are rude and unresponsive. They charge a ridiculous amount for full management which is now at a shocking 15% and then have the cheeck to keep your float at the end of tenancy with no explanation! Staff coming and going like a knocking shop so you never know who you are dealing with from one day to the next! Awfull experience! Shame as when it was "Portfolio Properties" they were outstanding! 😡😡😡

I would avoid buying a property from Breckon and Breckon. We had 3 viewings on a property with 3 different people and not one of them was able to answer any of our (usually basic) questions. This was not a brand new property on the market so there was plenty of time to find out as much as possible about it and provide clear, details information to buyers. Additionally it turned out it was being missold under the wrong category which some simple due diligence from their side could have avoided. When it became clear, no apology was made, nor offer to refund any losses. Additionally, the lack of forthcoming information caused us to doubt the entire process. Ultimately it wastes everyone's time. I would recommend a comprehensive, honest and straightforward approach to these major lifetime purchases for people. Ultimately it will work in the seller's favour as well. Finally, we were charged a lot of money for ID/ money-laundering checks and it was a round-about process with various apps. With other estate agents these checks are free and it's extremely straightforward.

From start to finish, we cannot express how impressed we’ve been with Breckon & Breckon. At the initial meeting, John arrived with a professional brochure outlining all the key information about our property and clearly explained how he arrived at the valuation. Another huge positive was the app they used to manage appointments, called Street. It was excellent, as we weren’t inundated with calls, and instead received notifications through the app that we could accept in our own time. Finally, the regular check-ins and the availability of Sarah at the office was outstanding.
