GoogleSuch a massive lack of communication and organisation within the company at Witney moving into a rented property everything was left to the last second despite us having to chase them multiple times and eventually the final thing was sorted on the day we were supposed to be moving in. Fast forward to moving out and so far it's been 3 weeks and we still haven't had our deposit back despite multiple calls back and forth being told we need to get confirmation to release the deposit from the landlord even though that was done almost immediately. Never have I ever had the misfortune of dealing with a company that is so disorganised and has such a lack of communication. I can safely say we will never be dealing with them againNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving viewed a property and then placed an offer, we were informed that the seller (property company) had neither rejected ot accepted the offer. Although the agent couldn't provide any further details, they did say it was likely due to our house not currently being sold, which is fair enough. However, 2 weeks later my partner looks on RightMove to find that the house has been sold! At no point did Andrews get back to us about another offer, even though this had been discussed in detail at the time ours was made. I called to ask about the property and as apologetic as they might have been, this agent sadly lacks any customer focus of service. House purchase is a major undertaking and therefore this lack of communication demonstrates nothing but poor service. Thankfully the market is awash with plenty of good agents and I would certainly never use them to sell a property and would use extreme caution for any purchase that they were the agents for.

GoogleExtremely poor agents with a voracious and insatiable appetite for extracting every possible penny from their unfortunate tenants. Their website, comically, makes boasts about their ethical credentials, but the reality is very different. Repeated requests for the return of the part of our deposit held in excess of the new government maximum were roundly ignored, until eventually after much persistence a brief and high-handed note was received stating they were not legally obliged to do so. Not legally obliged no, but morally and honourably obliged surely. They've had more than 10 years of unearned interest from our deposit and you'd think that'd be sufficient for them. But instead they rely on the absolute letter of the law to squeeze their poor tenants as hard as they possibly can. A shameful and immoral company. Avoid if you possibly can.

GoogleI appreciate estate agents don't do much. Especially in the rental market. Sometimes I just wish they could pretend they know what they are talking about. I don't know about you but I prefer being wined and dined before I have my trousers pulled down, unfortunately Andrews haven't heard of foreplay. We were shown around a house this weekend and the agent didn't know if we had a parking space, didn't know what council tax band the house was and couldn't even let us into the back garden but still thought it was appropriate to get us to sign a form to hold the property. Don't get me wrong your all pretty useless, I was lucky enough to be shown around about 8 different properties at the weekend by 4 different estate agents and none of you seemed to know the difference between a window and a door, but Andrew's was by far the worse.

GoogleCalled on saturday to ask a few questions about a property and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I opened the conversation with 'Hi, I have seen a property on right move and would like the know a few details about it please?' to which her response was 'Well all the details are on right move so what could you possibly need to know.' and I thought this was an awful response. I will not be using andrews for 2 reasons now, one being the poor customer service and the other reason being the extortionate fees they charge!!
