GoogleWorst experience ever with an estate agency. I was asked to provide a guarantor for a 3-week gap in employment while I was changing hospitals as an NHS doctor during this pandemic. Then had to wait more than a week and was not informed until I called to ask that the landlord accepted another application. Total disrespect.
Kemal, I met you for the viewing at the property, you applied for the property, your application was put forward to the landlord (without a guarantor being asked for) alongside another application we received and the landlord chose the other applicant. We are sorry that your application was not chosen by our client, but the decision over how to proceed lies with them as the property owner. We wish you well for the future. Maria.

GoogleAs a previous reviewer mentioned, they don't value their tenants. They are pleasant enough while you are in the property but I would advise tenants to be careful to take photos both before and after they leave as evidence to avoid being charged excessive amounts for unnecessary cleaning.

We are sorry that you feel this way, however, the flat had not been fully cleaned at the end of the tenancy and we do have a full photographic final inspection report documenting this, which you have been sent and is available for review. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme, who hold and protect your deposit, are happy to review any claim against your deposit that you deem spurious, free of charge, to ensure that we are behaving in a fair and appropriate manner and we do encourage any tenant that feels the end of tenancy proposals are unfair to utilise this service. Therefore we are unable to deduct any amounts that we do not have evidence to prove as necessary. We do pride ourselves on ensuring you receive the property cleaned to a professional standard at the commencement of your tenancy and do provide you with full guidance and support to ensure you are able to return the property clean to the same standard at the conclusion of the tenancy. It is only right and proper that the next tenants also receive keys to a clean home ready for them to move in. It also benefits us to assist you in leaving the property in the best condition possible at the end of the tenancy as, when this is the case, it avoids unnecessary additional work for ourselves in arranging and administering any deductions for which we receive no additional revenue as a company. Therefore we are extremely grateful to the many tenants we look after who follow the instructions we provide and take advantage of our support to ensure they leave a tenancy with no deductions at its conclusion.

GoogleI would highly recommend platinum properties. I started renting through them during the height of the pandemic, there were a few problems that they fixed really quickly considering they were working from home. I couldn’t be happier with the service they’ve provided throughout the troubles of 2020/21.
