GoogleUnprofessional, cheeky, we never got repairs done when we asked, were told our hob shouldn't be used by the workman but nothing was done, they told lies, made things up. Would never recommend.

I do not see any recent tenant of your name moving out of a property and certainly nothing pertaining to an unsafe hob. It would also appear that you have posted exactly the same unfavourable review four months ago as Cheryl G so I am unsure if this is a new complaint or not. GoogleI was renting through this estate agents. They were very slow in responding to issues around the house. We rented the property for a year and had damp problems after a couple of months. 10 months later, when I moved out, and the damp problem was still not fixed. The people were always lovely to deal with but I genuinely think it's a case of too many properties and too little staff

GoogleGreat estate agents. Better than the big corporate firms who aren't interested in your property just the commission. Used them to sell my house and couldn't be happier with the service and communication from both Sandy and Lynn. Would highly recommend them again to anyone looking to sell in Lanarkshire. Lovely dealing with them throughout thr whole process.

Felt very well supported both in terms of estate agency matters and financial advice when working with Independent Estates to see through my sale and new purchase. Staff made themselves very available to me, as and when required, offered sound advice and helped take much of the worry out of the process. Very professional service at all times. YellDo not be tenant to one of their properties
Been waiting 7 months to get the bathroom radiator that is hanging half off the wall to be fixed and still not sorted. Been told in writing numerous times it needs done and now have a daughter who is walking around and it is a risk to falling on her is she pulls on it. Have a horrible attitude. Shocking service

Purchases a new property through this agency, had not had contact from them for over a month, decided to call and got phone messages regarding they were closed for Bank holiday in July 20 th look like this agency is not longer in business

I am sorry that you felt as though you did not receive the level of service you would have expected and it was unfortunate that we were unable to proceed with your tenancy however please be aware that this was not due to our staffing levels it was because of the inaccurate information given on your reference form and the circumstances involving your previous tenancy. This hopefully has demonstrated to you that you should always give as much information as possible when applying for a property as it will be checked. That said I wish you good luck for the future and I hope that you find a property that suits all your needs.

Horrible service, terrible damp problem was never fixed and as a tenant, they took my deposit and want more money from me - blaming the problem on me. Rude staff - dont reply to emails. Stay away please, wouldnt wish the service upon anyone.
