GoogleThe entire team at Grants are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They negotiated well to get me just over the price I needed for the house and conducted all the viewings for me. They re-sold the house when the first sale fell through due to mortgage market problems and were courteous, friendly and helpful throughout. My main dealings were with Shaun and Kerry, but everyone I spoke to there was amazing. Thank you.

I emailed them for a viewing on a property on the day they advertised it in Matlock - didn’t hear for two days - when I followed up it was sold. They couldn’t be bothered letting me know - just ignored meIn a few months when the housing market slows these people will be tasking their ‘highly professional, and ‘customer focused’ staff to ‘ phone every poor sap they ignored in the height of the market to drum up business
