Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can honestly say this has been the smoothest house purchase I’ve ever experienced. From the very start, Grants have been absolutely fantastic, always responsive, polite, and so pleasant to deal with. Nothing ever felt too much trouble and every question was answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s so rare to find! GoogleGrants were really helpful to us in our search for a property in Matlock. They were super responsive at all times and very accommodating when trying to arrange viewings as we were travelling from another area. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable, giving us extra info about the local area and accompanying us on extra viewings for the property we chose to buy. We dealt with many agents in the area in our property search and Grants were by far the best!

Colleen was so positive and kept my spirits up at such a stressful time, particularly when my first buyer had to back out. GoogleHaving been dealt with professionally, efficiently and supportively when we purchased our cottage through Grants in 2022 we had no reservations in using them to sell it (reluctantly) in 2024. Thought this time we had regular meetings, calls and emails via Shaun, Colleen, Grant and adhoc calls through other members of the team. They (remarkably? :-)) communicate well with each other and always either knew what was going on or found out quickly. Fees were reasonable and the service excellent.

GoogleThe team were extremely good. I was selling my sister’s house after her death and live an hour and a half away. They had a set of keys and did all of the viewing for me . They were very good at keeping me informed of what was happening and giving feedback. I would defer aptly recommend them

GoogleWe recently sold our old family house through Grant's. We picked them because Shaun, of all the estate agents we spoke to, had clearly done his homework about the house. He also valued it higher than the other agents at what we all felt was still a realistic price. With living hundreds of miles away from the house it was ideal having Grant's deal with all the viewings. Throughout the process Shaun and his team kept us informed of proceedings, dealt with our chosen conveyancer and made the entire selling process simple and transparent. I'd like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Grant's for making the process so easy for us. Highly recommended.

GoogleTop estate agents! You often worry when it comes to using a new estate agent, especially if like us, haven't moved house for a long time! Grants were fantastic. Our recent experience viewing, setting up & moving to Wirksworth was all handled with great care and efficiency by Emily. We had a really smooth process from start to move in date and even this week, when we had an issue with a payment going to the wrong account, the team managed to sort it within 48 hours. We feel secure knowing our tenant management will respond and fix any issues promptly, giving us total peace of mind. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.
