GoogleI recently just moved into my own property which I purchased through swetenhams. I was helped by Danielle Quinn at the agents, Danielle was absolutely brilliant with me. She had so much patience and actually cared about what I wanted to purchase. Without Danielle I definitely wouldn't have found my property and I am extremely grateful for everything that her and the team have done for me!

GoogleOverall I was happy with the service here. I found the staff replied to emails promptly and helped us to get things done when we had great difficulty with our solicitor's under performance. Mia at the branch in particular was fantastic, as was Gary at the Northwich one. The two issues I had that could be improved on; I found during the initial pitch to sell our house we were promised more than we were delivered. We were told we could expect to have the house sold within 2 months (If I remember correctly, I dont think we'd had any reasonable offers from the 2 viewings we had in that time!) What we really needed was some honest feedback about the state of the house, a realistic expectation for a selling timeframe and what we should have been looking to sell it for. We only jumped in thinking of what we'd get based off that initial pitch from Swetenhams. We had to lower around 20k off our first price, but again we only put our price so high initially because we were led to believe it was achievable. I understand when it comes to stuff like houses, time to sell and value depend entirely on the market, but I felt a bit misled to get our business. Secondly, Swetenhams recommended DC law based in Southport as our solicitors, and using them were honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I don't think we were a one off based off their reviews and I would hope Swetenhams has a rethink whether they still recommend these to their customers in the future. Luckily Swetenhams filled in the gaps left by DC Law, and helped move things along when it was needed. All that said with my two fairly large gripes, I know moving is a stressful time, and was still happy with the service I received by them by and large.

GoogleWe had our house on the market with an Online Estate agents who were absolutely awful. Having dealt with Swetenhams in Winsford before; we decided to go with them as well. Not long after Swetenhams started to market our property we had an offer that was acceptable. Our sale did hit a sticky patch; but fortunately for us Stacey McAuley had taken over as manager at the Winsford branch and helped to get the sale through. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all kept here cool. I have to give her credit for all the assistance she gave us.

GoogleI highly recommend James Lathom and his team at Swetenham's Estate Agents in Winsford. They are 'head and shoulders' above the rest. Ringing the office was a pleasure as everyone is friendly and helpful and messages are always responded to efficiently. I found the team informative, friendly and professional. The deal went through quickly and efficiently and I felt supported throughout the process.

GoogleI work in property developing so used to dealing with agents on a daily basis. Must say Swetenhams were amazing, did everything, made it all so easy for us. We were selling property for a late friend, so very emotional times. All the staff in Winsford were brilliant, house was on market end September, sold and completed by January. Fantastic!!

GoogleSwetenhams weren't our selling estate agents, they were acting for our vendors. They called or emailed us every week, even when there was no update. Everyone in the Winsford office was fully upto date with our purchase and to be honest, did more for us than our own agents.
